Must Haves for Outdoor Entertaining!

Each year, I look forward to the return of sunshine and warmer temps. Around our house, we are very big, backyard, BBQing people and have expanded our living space into the outdoors. Because we spend so much time outside, I wanted to share some of my favorite must-haves for outdoor entertaining. These items will help you make your outdoor living space as enjoyable as your indoors!

Regardless of your outdoor space, whether it is large or just a tiny patch of grass, you can always add some flair to make it “the place” to be. I like to start with an outdoor rug.

Outdoor rugs not only add a space of color they also provide a soft surface that replicates indoor living. It gets rid of the harsh look of concrete and provides some comfort for bare feet. This is the first step to extending your living into your outdoor space.

The next step is to add some seating. The amount of seating is usually determined by the space. The style of seating is determined by individual tastes. But even with a small space, there are ways to have seating for a crowd without over-stuffing your lawn. Think compact and stackable. These can be stored away until needed.
