I don’t know about you, but I absolutely hate trying to find a reliable service or repair person. The ones that will take your money and leave you with shoddy work are a dime a dozen. While, competent, high quality workers are so very rare.  That’s why, when I find a company or a person that does a good job, I like to keep track of them for future use. But, I am not much of one for keeping up with business cards. Instead, I prefer to use my own home service and repairs’ printable.

In my line of work, I need to have access to professionals who I can rely on. So, every time I find someone who I like, I take their card or their information and I transfer it to this printable. In fact, I keep three versions – one for my first choice, and then the other two for my back-ups.

Occasionally, I need to print off a new sheet to make updates. Over time, I mark through names as they leave their trade or as businesses come and go. But, I have found that this printable is so much quicker than a Rolodex. I like just scrolling down through the service and quickly locating my man or woman. Plus, I use a home management binder (also made from my printables) to keep me organized. So, it is just an automatic response to go to it when I need something.
